Sharing Your Information

Your Choices

You can update or delete your profile information at any time except when you have an active match. During an active match, profile edits are temporarily disabled to maintain the integrity of the matchmaking process. Once the match is resolved (accepted or declined), you can update your profile again.

Note: Matches may also end early if the other member declines.

Our services are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Terms of Service

Welcome to ABCDTogether! By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and meet our membership criteria (American-born Indians or those raised in the U.S. since age 10).

2. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your profile and to keep it updated.

3. Matchmaking Service

  • • You will receive one match at a time, which remains active for up to one week unless the other member declines the match, in which case it becomes invalid immediately.
  • • If you don’t respond to three matches consecutively, your profile will be paused. You may contact us to reactivate your profile.
  • • If both members accept a match, a $25 connection fee per person applies. If one member backs out after accepting, the other member’s $25 fee will be refunded.
  • • Profile edits are temporarily disabled while you have an active match and can be resumed once the match is resolved.

5. User Conduct

You agree to behave respectfully and honestly. Harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of your account.

6. Privacy

Your personal data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy.

7. No Guarantee

While we strive to provide quality matches, ABCDTogether does not guarantee successful relationships or marriages.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ABCDTogether is not liable for damages arising from use of our services.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated to members.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
