Each match remains active for 3 days:
If you’re interested in connecting: Accept the match, pay the connection fee, and contact details will be shared.
If you’re not interested: Decline and wait for the next match.
Note: Matches may become inactive earlier if the other member declines.
Refund: If the other member does not complete payment after initially accepting, your payment will be refunded in full.
To ensure active and engaged participation, if you don’t respond to three consecutive matches, your profile will be temporarily paused. When you’re ready to continue, just reach out to our team to reactivate.
